Service Care Solutions is working with a local authority in Wokingham to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer on a hybrid basis. You will handle a wide commercial property caseload and provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates require 3+ years PQE in commercial property law, public sector experience, and strong communication skills. The role offers an umbrella rate of £55-60 per hour with weekly pay and flexible hours, for a 6-month contract.

Service Care Solutions is working on behalf of a dynamic local authority, based in Wokingham, which is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a wide case load, providing expert advice on commercial property matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Role: Commercial Property Lawyer

Location: Wokingham – hybrid

Umbrella Rate: £55 - £60ph

PAYE inc. rate: £48.16 - £52.51ph

Contract length: 6 months ongoing

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial property matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a wide commercial property case load, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, from start to completion.
• Communicate complex information to non-legal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Key Requirements

• 3 or more years of PQE as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executives in commercial property law.
• Experience of working within the public sector as a commercial property lawyer.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of people.
