Job summary

Brindley Twist Tafft & James LLP in Coventry seeks an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join our busy department on a permanent basis. You should be a Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2+ years PQE and extensive experience across all aspects of commercial property.

You will manage a range of work including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals, and contract drafting, with opportunities for business development and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Fee Earner is essential.
• Minimum 2+ years PQE in commercial property.
• Full UK driving licence preferred and own transport.
• Hit the ground running; training provided on internal systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft contracts, leases, renewals, and related documentation; handle disputes.
• Develop new business and participate in marketing/PR activities.
• Provide excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner; to join our busy Commercial Property Department in our Coventry office on a permanent basis.

Due to our head office location, it is preferable for candidates to hold a full UK Driving Licence and have their own transport.

Previous experience as a Commercial Fee Earner is essential as we are looking for someone who can “hit the ground running” from day one, although full training will be given on our internal systems and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, business lease renewals, contract drafting, dispute resolution and various other matters. You will be a Property Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2+ Years PQE

Extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property
