Job summary

Peace Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Property Manager / Facilities Manager in Inverness to support the management of commercial properties and property portfolios across the region. The role can suit someone from Property Management or Facilities Management backgrounds, with responsibilities shaped by your experience.

You will be involved in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating facilities services, and working closely with clients and contractors to meet occupier requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or facilities management.
• Experience working with commercial property.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial properties and portfolios on behalf of clients.
• Overseeing day-to-day operation of properties and occupier requirements.
• Collaborating with clients, occupiers, contractors and other property professionals.
• Coordinating facilities management services across commercial properties.
• Managing contractors and service providers.
• Ensuring properties are managed in line with client management agreements.
• Dealing with property, tenant and occupier queries.
• Supporting compliance, health and safety and operational requirements.
• Providing a high level of service to clients and occupiers.
