Job summary

Porter Dodson invites a Commercial Property Associate to join our busy team in Yeovil, with the option to work from Taunton as needed. You will handle landlord and tenant, acquisitions and sales, and other advisory work within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial property, demonstrating ambition and a proactive approach while delivering high-quality client service.

We have an excellent opportunity for a commercial property Associate to join our highly successful Commercial Property teams in either Yeovil or Taunton. This role offers quality work with exceptional clients on transactional and advisory work to include landlord and tenant, acquisitions and sales of commercial property, property development, property finance, landlord and tenant and corporate real estate work.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a reputable and dedicated team with a real sense of collaboration and team spirit. To assist with the current workload, supporting Partners and senior fee earners this role will also play a key role in supporting and expanding the firm’s client base.
