Porter Dodson seeks a Commercial Property Associate to join its highly regarded teams in Yeovil or Taunton. The role covers landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and sales, property development, and corporate real estate advisory services for a high-calibre client base.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial property, joining a collaborative, client-focused team that values flexibility and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Support Partners and senior fee earners to manage current workload.
• Help expand the firm’s client base through quality service.
• Handle transactional and advisory property work including landlord/tenant, acquisitions, sales, and development.
