Commercial Product Manager | Cambridge (Hybrid)

Hartmann is partnered with a growing and dynamic pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge. We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Commercial Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of key commercial products and support the launch of new ones. This is a cross-functional role bridging product strategy, marketing, data insights, and patient experience, ensuring every product truly makes a difference.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in commercial product management (Life Sciences, Pharma, or Tech)
  • Proven strategic thinker and collaborator
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Confident negotiator with experience managing third-party stakeholders
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong initiative
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Results-oriented, with accountability for timelines and budgets

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience launching new products or managing the post-launch lifecycle
  • Working with KOLs, MAH partners, or commercial data teams
  • Familiarity with compliance in regulated environments
