Do you want to join a motivated team creating positive, lasting change? Our Major Programme Services (MPS) team seeks an exceptional Commercial & Procurement Specialist. Working within PA’s Delivery stream, MPS covers defence, major projects & infrastructure, transport, and public sector projects, focusing on long-term assignments. We are expanding across the UK due to high demand.
Your role involves executing complex projects across industries, applying your expertise to deliver successful client outcomes. This position offers a collaborative, innovative environment with impactful projects.
Flexible/hybrid working with limited office attendance; travel depends on client needs. Possible locations include: Bristol, Andover, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Swindon, Cheltenham.
Ideal candidates will have experience with large, complex procurements in equipment, digital services, or infrastructure, understanding the procurement lifecycle, and experience advising on contract terms. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Knowledge of government procurement processes, NEC contracts, and MCIPS or MRICS status are advantageous. Project or financial management skills are a plus.
