We are recruiting on behalf of a Global Consultancy for an exceptional Commercial & Procurement Specialist to join their Major Programme Services team.

This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working — travel is limited and based on client needs.

You will support high-profile projects across defence, infrastructure, transport, and the public sector, advising clients on commercial strategy, procurement, and contract delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support commercial and procurement activities on major programmes
• Design and run strategic sourcing events
• Advise on NEC/DEFCON frameworks and manage complex contract negotiations
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong procurement and commercial background (defence, infrastructure, or public sector preferred)
• Experience with complex frameworks (e.g., CCS, NEC, DEFCON)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexible hybrid working
