Job summary

Nottingham Forest is seeking a Plumber to join the Facilities department at The City Ground. You will install, maintain and repair plumbing and drainage systems across our venues, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and reliable operation.

The role involves planned maintenance, emergency response and collaboration with other maintenance teams. The position is based on-site at The City Ground with a 42-hour week, a DBS check may be required, and we offer benefits including staff tickets and

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a plumber, ideally in commercial or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of plumbing regulations and standards, including Water Regulations and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on plumbing systems across facilities.
• Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing and drainage systems, including leaks and blockages.
• Install new plumbing fixtures and pipework according to drawings and specs.
• Carry out modifications and improvements to plumbing/heating systems.
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct testing and inspections of plumbing systems for safety and reliability.
• Maintain records of work and provide guidance to junior plumbers.
