Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Plumber to maintain and repair plant-room equipment across commercial sites in North West London / Hertfordshire. You will handle pumps, AHUs, TMV’s, and associated pipework, ensuring compliance and reliability.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in plumbing/heating, a full driving licence, and eligibility for a DBS check. Typical benefits include a company van, 25 days leave, and an on-call rota.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Commercial Plumber/Commercial Mechanical Engineer, carrying out maintenance and repairs.
• Experience working on Pumps, AHU's, associated pipework etc.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating.
• Full Driving Licence
• Live within commutable distance of the West London / Hertfordshire area.
• Able to pass a DBS check

Responsabilidades

Position: Commercial Plumber

Location: North West London / Hertfordshire

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 DOE

Commercial Plumber required for our client, a HVAC and Electrical building services company, based in London. They cover a range of sites, including local authority buildings, NHS sites, offices, schools etc. The Commercial Plumber/Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintenance and repair of plant-room equipment including TMV's, heating pumps, booster sets, AHU's, pipework etc. throughout Commercial properties. The Commercial Plumber must have experience carrying out maintenance and repairs within commercial plant-rooms and hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, in plumbing and heating. The Commercial Plumber must also be based within commutable distance of Hertfordshire / West London.
