Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking a Commercial Plumber to maintain and repair plant-room equipment across commercial properties in Sussex. You will handle TMVs, heating pumps, AHUs and associated piping, ensuring efficient operation in local authority, NHS, office and education sites.

The ideal candidate has a relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and holds a full UK driving licence, with DBS clearance desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Plumber/Commercial Mechanical Engineer performing maintenance and repairs.
• Experience on pumps, AHUs and associated pipework.
• Must have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Live in the Sussex area.
• Able to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant-room equipment including TMVs, heating pumps, booster sets and AHUs.
• Work across commercial properties in Sussex.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet safety and regulatory standards.

Commercial Plumber required for our client, a HVAC and Electrical building services company, based in West Sussex. They have been well established for over 30 years, operating predominately around the Sussex area. They cover a range of sites, including local authority buildings, NHS sites, offices, schools etc.
