Job summary

OSI Europe in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager (m/f/d) with responsibility for day-to-day commercial support, reporting and KPI dashboards. You will coordinate cross-functional data, maintain price lists and assist with forecasting and new product launches.

The role requires a business/finance qualification, experience in a planning or commercial support role, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and a proactive, well-organised approach. Salary up to £40,000.

Qualifications

• Business, Commercial or Finance qualification.
• Experience in a commercial support or planning role.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data.
• Food manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with analytical and numerical ability.
• Understanding of commercial reporting and KPIs.
• Customer-focused and proactive.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Team.
• Produce and maintain commercial reports, sales data and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare presentations, customer meeting packs and commercial decks.
• Analyse sales, pricing and margin data to support commercial decision making.
• Maintain customer price lists, product information and commercial databases.
• Support forecasting, promotional planning and customer reviews.
• Coordinate information between Commercial, Planning, Finance, Operations, Technical and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage customer documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Support new product launches by coordinating commercial information across departments.
• Assist with customer tenders, quotations and commercial proposals.
• Monitor customer performance against agreed KPIs and highlight trends or issues.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by the Commercial Director.
• Support preparation for customer meetings by gathering relevant business data.
• Respond to customer and internal enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, administration and commercial processes.
• Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company procedures.

Our plant Smithfield Murray in Manchester is looking for a Commercial Planning Manager (m/f/d) with a salary up to £40,000.

What your job includes
