We specialize in designing, developing, and trading accessories, collaborating with various partners, and selling directly to consumers.

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Planning Assistant to work in our Billericay office.

Our Head Office is in Billericay, Essex, with excellent transport links to London, Stratford, and Southend.

Role Purpose:

Support the Commercial Planning team by analyzing retail field operations, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze field operational costs, support authorization of timesheets and expense claims, and escalate non-compliance issues.
• Provide quantitative analysis to support cost efficiencies in travel, admin, and expenses.
• Monitor the holiday budget quarterly, communicate operational issues, and support adherence to holiday policies.
• Analyze absence data, ensure policy compliance, and raise concerns as needed.
• Create and distribute weekly trade updates for the field.
• Assist in identifying vacancies, liaising with Resourcing, and supporting staffing and scheduling decisions.
• Perform recurring and ad hoc data analyses to support resource planning and efficiency improvements.
• Produce clear and insightful data analytics to facilitate sound business decisions.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in an analytical role involving data manipulation and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and competent in Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience in retail operations and supporting volume processing environments.
• Ability to make clear, actionable recommendations based on analysis.
