Overview:

Join our British Gas Services and Solutions team as a Commercial Partnerships Lead. You’ll drive customer growth through strategic partnerships within our CX and Commercial team.

About the role:

You will lead the launch and management of strategic partnerships, coordinating with internal teams such as operations, IT, customer service, engineering, finance, compliance, marketing, and reporting to ensure successful partnership launches. Your responsibilities include managing implementation plans, overseeing milestones, go-live dates, and addressing risks. You will also work with Product and Technology teams to integrate partner requirements, monitor partnership performance, develop business cases for additional benefits, and ensure compliance with FCA regulations, legal standards, and governance policies.

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in operational implementation or commercial execution, preferably in home services, telco, banking, energy, insurance, or large-scale partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage complex negotiations and balance partner expectations with business needs.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
