Eden Court in Inverness is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead a passionate 18-strong front-of-house team and drive seamless service across theatre, dining, and events.

You will ensure licensing, health and safety compliance, and staff development, with a balanced 37.5-hour week, generous annual leave, free event tickets, staff café discount, and free parking.

• Develop the Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a 18-strong front-of-house team through continuous training, coaching, and career development
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure full operational excellence across licensing laws, health and safety, food hygiene, and venue compliance

JOB TITLE Commercial Operations Manager

SALARY £30,831 per annum

HOURS OF WORK 37.5 hours per week

CONTRACT TYPE Permanent

DEPARTMENT Visitor Experience

LINE MANAGER(S) Head of Commercial Operations

PENSION Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension

HOLIDAYS Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. Annual leave entitlement increases by one day for each year of continuous service, up to a maximum of 41 days.
