We have partnered with Stuart Turner, who are on a mission to change how they power water. As the Commercial Operations Manager in the group, you will be a key point of contact for external customers and internal teams, tasked with delivering quote management, CRM management control, supply chain coordination of key accounts, order fulfillment, and pre/post technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key account supply chain teams to enhance operational effectiveness, reduce order processing time & errors, minimize stock outs, reduce carriage costs, identify shared saving opportunities, and propose range changes.
- Create, manage, and actively follow up on sales quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Provide industry-leading technical support via telephone and email interactions with installers, trading customers, and consumers. Maintain a minimum standard of 'Excellent' on Trust Pilot.
- Implement industry-leading online support mechanisms, including FAQ’s, demos, webinars, social support via social media channels, on-site help tools, and AI tools. Keep these tools relevant and updated with best practices.
- Support the Sales Director and external sales team with all key customer operational support to maximize their sales efforts.
- Set and manage data standards within the CRM system. Create reporting outputs to support all commercial business needs.
- Identify opportunities to generate sales leads and ideas from all inbound interactions.
- Find opportunities to streamline internal processes and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to feedback issues raised via consumer and installer interactions, working closely to implement root cause solutions to prevent future failures and reduce warranty costs.
- Manage quality claims alongside insurance partners to minimize cost impact.
Experience Required:
- Commercial acumen with a focus on sales opportunities and profit enhancement initiatives.
- Experience working on joint customer initiatives with external sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience in direct supply chain management of large key accounts.
- Experience in customer support, order & quotation management, and technical support within manufacturing or distribution companies.
- Proven ability to drive change and deliver commercial success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills, presentation abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with ERP or order management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to drive change to support strategic goals of the Domestic Products Division.
