Job summary

STRATOS Technologies is seeking an operations-focused professional to become the backbone of its commercial team in London. You will own customer rollout playbooks, curate the knowledge base, and architect scalable processes across commercial, product and engineering.

This role requires strong judgment, superb writing, and a bias for building repeatable systems rather than following prescribed tasks. You will work closely with the co-founders, delivering high-quality, consistent work as the team

Qualifications

• Three to five years in operations, business operations, programme management, consulting or chief-of-staff roles.
• Ability to turn messy processes into clear documents and keep them current.
• Ability to write clearly and communicate with founders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the playbooks for customer rollouts and ongoing value delivery.
• Build and curate the internal knowledge base with learnings from customer work.
• Establish repeatable processes, templates and workflows for a growing team.
• Coordinate workstreams across commercial, product and engineering; distill patterns into recommendations.
