Job summary

Pure Resourcing in London is seeking a proactive Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our award-winning financial services firm covering mortgages, protection, wealth management and general insurance. You’ll manage end-to-end casework and coordinate with clients, lenders, and solicitors in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on complex commercial mortgage cases including bridging, development and standard commercial loans.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience handling complex commercial mortgage cases.
• FCA compliance, KYC, AML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• End to end case management from application to completion.
• Packaging and submission of commercial mortgage applications to lenders.
• Managing complex commercial, bridging, and development cases.
• Acting as primary contact for clients, lenders, solicitors, and agents.
• Proactively chasing lenders, underwriters, and third parties.
• Maintaining CRM records and pipeline management.
• Handling compliance documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Managing case progression, updates, and completions.
• Processing and tracking fees, commissions and payments.
