Job summary

Bridge Help is expanding its specialist bridging finance team and seeks a Business Development Manager with an established broker network to drive new lending opportunities and deepen relationships across the market.

You will own the end-to-end process from enquiry to completion, coordinating with underwriting and case management to move deals quickly while maintaining excellent service for brokers and borrowers.

Qualifications

• CV demonstrates proven business development within bridging finance
• Established network of property finance brokers and intermediaries
• Strong track record of generating and completing new lending business
• Excellent knowledge of bridging finance and the transactions it supports
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify quality opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing broker relationships
• Increase Bridge Help's presence across the specialist property finance market
• Use your network to generate opportunities and develop new broker accounts
• Manage process from initial enquiry through to completion with underwriting
• Keep brokers informed, build trust and develop repeat business
