P+HS Architects is seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to enhance market presence and support business growth. The role involves strategic marketing initiatives, managing a team, and ensuring cohesive brand visibility. Location: Newcastle or Leeds office Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (would consider less hours for the right candidate)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager, who can lead our Marketing function, driving business growth by leading marketing and commercial initiatives across the Practice. The role will focus on elevating the company’s market presence, supporting strategic bid submissions, and developing targeted campaigns to attract new clients and opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with Directors, Business Development, and operational teams to ensure a joined-up, strategic approach to brand visibility and pipeline generation.
