Woodland Consultancy Services is seeking a Commercial Manager for a 3-year contract role in Glasgow. The role will involve developing procurement strategies and managing ITT processes, including competitive tender submissions and supplier negotiations to achieve best value.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end tender management, with responsibilities across cost planning, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement across bid, design, and delivery teams.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Commercial Manager in the nuclear or defence industries.
• Experience in pre-contract and tendering within major infrastructure projects, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience of the job scope below.
• MRICS and/or MCIPS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Cost planning, estimating, and benchmarking.
