A leading organization in the poultry sector is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive sales strategy and manage a high-performing team. The role involves developing customer relationships, overseeing commercialization of products, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates have a passion for the poultry sector and a proven sales track record. This position is remote with an estimated travel requirement of 60%.

Reports to: Business Unit Director, Integrated Livestock
Direct reports: 4 (3 Key Account Managers, 1 Farm Technician)

The opportunity
We're seeking an ambitious, commercially-minded leader to join the Integrated Livestock team as Commercial Manager - Poultry. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll shape and implement sales and customer engagement strategies, lead and develop a high-performing field team, and accelerate the adoption of innovative products across the poultry sector. You will build long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support launches of new products and devices.
