Gather + Gather at Oxford Brookes University seeks a Commercial Manager to support finances, reporting and sales initiatives. This part-time, fixed-term role focuses on data accuracy, budgeting, and coordinating with the finance function to ensure timely invoicing and payment processes.

Based in Oxford, the role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple data streams while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

• Confident with data, reporting and financial trackers.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable managing large volumes of information.
• Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous experience in a finance, reporting or administrative support role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with Finance Business Partner on daily/weekly tasks as requested by Account Director and Client.
• Collating daily sales data and reporting to client.
• Collating Ops finance data to support sales initiatives.
• Updating Labour tracker data.
• Supporting payment of POs and invoicing.
• Updating finance trackers.
• Any adhoc data requests from wider finance mgmt teams.

Location: Oxford, OX3 0BP

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Tuesday and Wednesday

Salary: £45,000 per annum pro rata

Key Responsibilities

• Working in conjunction with Finance Business Partner on agree daily/weekly tasks as requested by Account Director and Client
• Collating daily sales data and reporting to client
• Collating Ops finance data to support sales initiatives
• Updating Labour tracker data
• Supporting payment of POs and invoicing
• Updating finance trackers
• Any adhoc data requests from wider finance mgmt teams
