Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Commercial Manager with strong NEC3 experience to support a major infrastructure programme. The role focuses on contract administration, payment assessment and day-to-day commercial oversight on a complex site.

You will work closely with site teams and project stakeholders, manage contractual change and commercial risk, and ensure site presence in Suffolk, roughly three days per week.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of NEC3 commercial experience.
