Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial delivery of a major infrastructure programme. The role involves approximately three days on site per week in Suffolk and requires strong NEC3 contract experience.

You will manage contract administration, payments, change control, and commercial reporting while coordinating with project and site teams to ensure delivery is effective and compliant.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant commercial experience.
• Good knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
• Understanding of payment, change control and contract administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
