Job summary

Envirotech Talent in London is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee a portfolio of long-term customer agreements in the utility infrastructure sector. You will manage day-to-day commercial administration, ensure contractual compliance and protect contract value throughout the lifecycle.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead negotiations for new customer agreements, collaborate with Operations, Finance, Business Development and Legal teams, and drive revenue growth while

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, high-value contracts or long-term service agreements.
• Strong negotiation and contract amendment skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Experience building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reports and contract documents.
• Experience in utilities/infrastructure sectors is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial administration of a portfolio of long-term contracts.
• Maintain effective customer relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
• Negotiate and implement new customer agreements to drive growth.
• Handle contractual variations, novations, notices, governance and correspondence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Business Development and Legal teams.
• Identify, assess and manage commercial and contractual risks.
• Support ongoing commercial performance and long-term value of contracts.
• Contribute to improving commercial processes, governance and contract management.
