Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience in local authority, highways or public-sector infra is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and change management.
• Experience managing project budgets and subcontract packages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a leading UK construction and infrastructure contractor, working on local authority infrastructure schemes, including one of the country's flagship infrastructure projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take a leading role in commercial performance, contract management and financial control across significant infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities
