Job summary

NUVIA UK is recruiting a Commercial Manager to join the Commercial team. Based near Warrington, the role covers commercial management from inception to final account, working with project teams and suppliers in a hybrid working environment.

You will lead contract administration, manage budgets, and forecast margins while ensuring compliance with NEC contracts. The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years of QS experience in engineering/construction, and strong

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related subject
• 5+ years of quantity surveying experience in engineering/construction
• Excellent understanding of NEC contracts (Options C & E)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial management and contract administration from inception to final account
• Collaborate with project teams and supply chain and build client relationships
• Provide commercial delivery including cash flow, budgets, and reporting
• Negotiate contract amendments and review terms & conditions
• Prepare internal cost and commercial reports and forecast margins
