Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial performance of drylining, passive fire protection and remediation projects across the UK.

You will manage procurement, contract awards, valuations, variations and final accounts while protecting commercial entitlements, reporting costs, and driving profitability. Depending on experience, you may lead the commercial function and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is preferred.
• Experience with JCT/NEC contracts.
• Strong cost control and commercial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of drylining, passive fire protection and building remediation projects.
• Manage project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial reporting.
• Prepare and review CVRs, identify risks and opportunities for margin improvement.
• Manage applications for payment, interim valuations and final accounts.
• Provide commercial leadership and support development of the wider commercial team.
