Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of surveyors
• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals
• Champion strong behavioural and ethical standards within the commercial function
• Manage supply chain relationships and performance
• Lead monthly commercial and cash flow meetings
