The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and understand engineering and construction processes. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with project management software are essential for this role. Travel may be required as part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quantity Surveying or Civils experience.
• Understanding of engineering science and construction technology.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Estimate material, labour, and equipment costs for projects.
• Monitor project expenditure against budget.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare detailed estimates.
