A leading media company in London is looking for a skilled Commercial Manager / Account Director to join their recruitment advertising team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing revenues from key accounts and mentoring fellow salespeople. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in media sales, particularly in recruitment advertising, and possess strong face-to-face selling skills. We are seeking a Commercial Manager / Account Director to join our recruitment advertising department. The successful candidate will have strong recruitment advertising sales experience and be excited at the prospect of being a senior member of a large recruitment team.
The company is a well-respected publishing, information, and events business with a number of market-leading portfolios and a reputation for quality. As Commercial Manager / Account Director, you will be a senior individual within a department of around 10 individuals who sell all manner of B2B recruitment advertising solutions across digital, print, mobile, and social media platforms.
Your role will involve developing and growing recruitment advertising revenues from key accounts spanning Recruitment Agencies, Direct Clients, and Ad Agencies. You will also help direct product development and act as a team mentor, working closely with the Telesales Director.
