As part of the senior leadership team you will be jointly responsible for the contract's financial performance, driving profitability through robust commercial practice and efficiency improvements. On-site role based in the South West.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience leading quantity surveying staff.
• Proven track record in commercial management of large contracts.

We have a great opportunity available for a Commercial Manager to join a Highway Contractor, based in the South West.

Ideally, we require a diploma or degree qualified candidate with the experience necessary to lead a team of quantity surveying staff and take overall control of all commercial aspects of the contract.

As a member of the senior leadership team you will be jointly responsible for the overall financial performance of the contract.

The successful candidate will be given ownership of a high-profile highway maintenance term contract and will be expected to bring his/her skills to the fore and improve on profitability by examining and implementing ways to drive efficiency and good commercial practices across the contract.
