Commercial Manager - Chilled Food

Home-Based UK Travel (Including Redhill, Middlesbrough & London Full-Time

Due to further continued growth in our business we're looking to add to our Commercial team and recruit for an ambitious Commercial Manager to take full ownership of one of our highest-profile customer accounts, you will be managing a mix of own label and branded chilled food products. With a strong seasonal focus and evolving customer demands, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our branded offer while maintaining the strength of our core own-label relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Taking full commercial ownership of a key major retail customer account.
  • Leading the growth of our branded product range, identifying and exploiting new opportunities within the account.
  • Managing seasonal demand and product strategy, working closely with supply chain and NPD teams.
  • Analysing data to make commercially sound decisions and present compelling, insight-led recommendations.
  • Preparing and delivering high-impact presentations to retail buyers and senior stakeholders.
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally to deliver account growth.
Who We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years' experience managing major retail customers, within chilled food.
  • Proven ability to grow and scale branded business in a competitive retail environment.
  • Strong commercial instincts - you spot the small wins and build from them.
  • Confident with data analysis and financials, able to manipulate data to support strategic decisions.
  • A natural presenter, capable of influencing at all levels, both internally and with customers.
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to Redhill, Middlesbrough, and London as needed.
