Job summary

Capita is seeking a Commercial Manager in Stafford to support the sales team, shape deals, and manage contract risk through the full lifecycle. You will review pricing, ensure governance approvals, and act as the main contact for principal client contracts.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, plus a solid understanding of contract law within SW/IT/BPO/Professional Services environments. Excellent communication and deadline-driven work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with bid preparation and submission processes (ITT, RFP, BAFO).
• Ability to identify and analyse commercial risks (KPIs, SLAs, milestones).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex contracts.
• Solid understanding of contract law as applied to IT/ITeS/BPO environments.
