Job summary

Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a senior, hands-on role based in Stirling. You will lead commercial management across a varied portfolio, working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure successful delivery.

An established construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join its commercial team in Stirling.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong construction professional who is looking for a senior, hands‑on role within a well‑established business, with the opportunity to make a significant contribution across a substantial and varied workload.

The Role

Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and commercially.

You will be responsible for:

The business is also open to considering candidates from a broader construction background who can demonstrate strong commercial and project management experience.

You may be a Commercial Manager looking for a long‑term role where you can focus on delivering excellent commercial performance, rather than pursuing the next step on the career ladder.
