Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for delivering high-impact construction projects? Then this may be the role for you. Orion Group are working with a Tier 1 contractor to source a Commercial Manager, who will play a pivotal role in one of Scotland’s most exciting new commercial developments. Initially based from our clients prestigious Glasgow based office or Inverness, you’ll lead commercial activities during the tender and pre-construction phase. Upon contract award, you’ll transition to a site-based role, where you’ll manage the commercial delivery of the project on the ground in the Highlands.

Prepare and review estimates, tender submissions, and contract negotiations

Manage risk, procurement, supply chain relationships, and commercial reporting

Who we're looking for

A qualified Commercial Manager with a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
