Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd. seeks an experienced Commercial Lead to drive procurement for complex projects in a fast-paced environment in Corsham. You will lead from requirement definition through to tendering, evaluation, and contract management, ensuring value for money.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a proven track record in full lifecycle procurement, and current DV security clearance. Hybrid working is available with on-site presence as needed for important milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' commercial management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex procurements across the full lifecycle.
• Experience managing a competition from initial planning and documentation through to award.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• DV Security Clearance with DV validity.
• STRAP clearance eligibility required (UK nationality).

Hours: 37 hours per week
Length of Contract: 12 months with possible extension

Working Arrangements:Hybrid but there is expectation for candidates to be on site Security Clearance: DV - as you will go through clearance you will need to be a UK national with no foreign connections Please note: Candidates must be able to meet the security requirements for this role, including restrictions relating to implanted medical devices.

Commercial Lead – Procurement

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to support the procurement and management of complex projects within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

You will lead procurement activities from initial requirement definition and market engagement through to tendering, evaluation, contract award and ongoing contract management, providing expert commercial advice and ensuring value for money.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' commercial management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex procurements throughout the full procurement lifecycle.
• Experience managing a competition from initial planning and documentation through to award.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to deliver at pace in a demanding, high-pressure environment.
• CIPS Level 4 qualification.
• Experience working with Service Management (rather than purely digital).
• Must hold current DV Security Clearance with at least 6 months' validity remaining.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for STRAP clearance, including sole UK nationality and no close foreign connections.

Desirable:

• MCIPS or higher procurement qualification.
• Public sector commercial experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Knowledge of large framework contracts and infrastructure procurement.
• Awareness of PFI contract exit processes.
