Job summary

CRA Consulting is looking for a Qualified Management Accountant to join our growing Finance team in Bradford, delivering accurate financial reporting, strong controls and commercial insight.

You will lead a small team, produce consolidated management accounts, own monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and support budgeting, forecasting and year-end activities while providing timely financial commentary to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.
• Proven experience producing management accounts in a commercial environment.
• Confident people leader with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong technical accounting and balance sheet control skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
• Desirable: experience within a multi-site retail environment and/or cash flow forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a small finance team.
• Produce consolidated and practice-level management accounts.
• Deliver accurate reporting and insightful financial commentary.
• Own monthly balance sheet reconciliations and controls.
• Prepare and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
