Network Plus is seeking a commercially focused Management Accountant to join the Finance team in Worsley. You will deliver accurate monthly management accounts, provide financial analysis, and support forecasts and budgets while assisting in finance transformation and system improvements.

The role involves partnering with operational stakeholders, driving financial accountability, and contributing to future acquisitions and process enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• Post-qualification experience in a commercial or group finance role
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of accounting regulations and reporting framework
• Detail-oriented with deadlines mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Lead month-end close for designated areas
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of records
• Analyze performance vs budget/forecast and explain variances
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Provide financial insight to operational and commercial stakeholders
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and KPI reporting
• Support working capital and cash flow optimisation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives
