Eaton Syalon Ltd is recruiting a Management Accountant to join the high-growth business. You will produce and interpret financial and non-financial information, delivering timely management information to support senior decision-making.

The role requires a technically strong qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or nearly qualified, with strong Excel and analytical skills and up-to-date accounting standards knowledge. You’ll work with the wider finance and operations teams.

Formación

• Technically strong qualified (or nearly qualified) accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• Up-to-date knowledge of current accounting standards.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of financial reporting: deliver management accounts, budgets, forecasts, cashflow forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed analysis.
• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams, providing insights and supporting efficiency improvements.
• Statutory and audit support: provide information for statutory accounts and respond to external auditors.
• VAT and compliance: manage VAT returns and internal controls.
• Process and systems: assist development of financial systems and reporting across multi-currency/multi-entity structure.
• Cross-team collaboration and ad-hoc finance projects.
