Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation
• Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
• Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership and professional negligence matters
• Advise clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and correspondence
• Conduct negotiations, mediations and settlement discussions
• Support business development and client relationship management
