QED Legal Recruitment Limited is partnering with a well-connected, established full-service law firm in Greater London to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor from NQ to 2 years' PQE. The role offers exposure to a busy disputes practice within a supportive team environment.

You will handle a varied caseload, draft pleadings, advise on merits, and support court proceedings and mediation, collaborating with experienced litigators on more complex matters.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience in commercial litigation preferred (training or PQE).
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with and manage commercial litigation matters appropriate to your level of experience.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and other legal documents.
• Research legal issues and advise on merits, risks and outcomes.
• Support court proceedings and ADR, including mediation.
• Liaise directly with clients, counsel and other professionals.
• Work with senior colleagues on more complex disputes to build expertise.
