Oculus Legal Group is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its disputes team in Nottingham. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality, technically interesting disputes for national and regional clients within a supportive, national practice.

The successful candidate will develop direct client relationships, engage in business development, and benefit from strong progression opportunities within a leading firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution.
• Experience managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes.
• Advise on complex contractual and commercial matters.
• Support high-value, technically challenging litigation.
• Draft pleadings and legal documentation.
• Develop client relationships and assist with BD.
