Job summary

eNL is recruiting a Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE to join its Staffordshire team. You will handle a diverse range of commercial and civil disputes for business and individual clients, taking ownership of your caseload alongside experienced colleagues.

The role offers exposure to high-quality litigation and a supportive, collaborative environment that prioritises client service and professional development. A competitive salary (£55,000+ DOE) is on offer.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with 1-5 years' PQE.
• Experience handling a varied commercial and/or civil litigation caseload.
• Strong analytical, legal research and drafting skills.
• Commercially aware with excellent client service.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent organisation and time management; manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach.

Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor, 1-5 Years PQE, Staffordshire, £55,000+ (DOE) - An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join an established and supportive Litigation Team, handling a diverse range of commercial and civil disputes for both business and individual clients. REF:5498.

THE ROLE:

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking to broaden their litigation experience, take ownership of their own caseload and work alongside experienced colleagues on a variety of interesting and challenging matters.
• You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process.
• Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will play an important role in developing effective legal strategies, resolving disputes and building long-term client relationships.
• The role offers exposure to high-quality litigation work within a collaborative environment where your contribution and professional development will be valued.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
