About the Role:

They are an award-winning law firm seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), a solid technical foundation, and the ability to guide and support junior team members.

You will handle high-value and complex commercial litigation cases for national and international clients, representing them across all courts in England and other dispute resolution venues. Your expertise will contribute to delivering excellent client service and supporting team growth.

Reporting to the Partner/Head of Commercial Litigation, you will work collaboratively to ensure team efficiency, focusing on workload management and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate strongly for clients to secure optimal outcomes.
• Manage complex cases with meticulous attention to detail.
• Delegate and supervise work, guiding junior team members.
• Assess legal risks and advise clients on prospects and costs.
• Participate in networking to build professional relationships.
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication.
• Collaborate with other departments such as real estate, corporate, and finance.
• Develop and nurture client relationships for long-term retention.
• Meet SLA requirements and deadlines professionally.
• Manage a demanding caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date case records.
