The firm and the commercial disputes team are highly ranked in the Legal 500, catering to a wide variety of clients both nationally and internationally. They are currently seeking a skilled and personable Commercial Litigator to join their team, working closely with Associates, Directors, and Paralegals.

The Candidate

Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues are essential. Previous litigation experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have handled commercial-related disputes.

The Opportunity

The team handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, property disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, professional negligence claims, construction litigation, adjudication and arbitration, and debt recovery. You will work with high-net-worth individuals and international businesses on high-value matters.
