A Top 200 law firm, one of the region’s oldest, most established, and fastest-growing law firms, is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE.

Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Up to £70,000 salary - REF 689002TB

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm based in Essex and Suffolk.

The successful candidate will handle a range of property disputes, including boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential), rent claims, and tenancy renewals.

The department comprises twenty staff and is one of the strongest and largest Dispute Resolution teams in Essex.

The Candidate

• A Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Ability to network and develop business
• Ability to handle own caseload without supervision
• Effective communication with team members and contacts
• Effective communication with business contacts
