Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading firm in their field, with offices across the UK. This Commercial Litigation role will be a hybrid working pattern based out of the firm's Birmingham office.

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will require someone capable of taking responsibility for complex commercial disputes cases.

The successful candidate will have experience in some of the following areas:

1. Procurement disputes
2. Intellectual Property disputes
3. Construction disputes
4. Infrastructure disputes
5. Project disputes
6. Competition investigations

The successful candidate will work on cases from both public and private sector clients and will have at least 3 years PQE gained in a regional, national or local authority, public organisation or health authority.

Salary dependent upon experience.
