Senior Solicitor - Commercial Dispute Resolution

The Role

In this senior role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a varied caseload of general commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and debt recovery.
• Handling professional negligence claims and advising on complex and high-value cases.
• Mentoring and supervising junior members of the team, providing leadership and guidance.
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to offer holistic legal solutions.
• Contributing to business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships and attending networking events.
• Playing an active role in achieving the team’s strategic objectives.

About You

• 10+ years PQE in dispute resolution/commercial litigation with strong technical expertise.
• Broad experience in commercial litigation, with a particular interest or background in professional negligence (desirable).
• Demonstrates excellent communication and client management skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
